Prepping for Goldman Sachs by learning Python, CLI tools, and Alteryx for data analytics. Passed my SIE and continuing toward my Series 66 and further FINRA exams. The goal is to be multi-faceted. To understand the mechanics of every tool I touch, not just how to use it.

The finish line keeps moving. There's a version of competence that used to be enough — top of your class, the right internship, a good offer. That ceiling is dissolving. We're entering an era where the top 10% might just be the new floor, and nobody's told the people still training for the old race. I'm not sure what the answer is. But I think the question is worth sitting with.
